Returns/ Store Credit Policy

There are no refunds, only exchanges or store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will always make it our priority to meet the demands of all our customers. Whenever a dispute comes up, we are willing to handle it properly with you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Here are the situations that may cause disputes:

  1. Item not received

  2. Delivery on the way

  3. Damage item upon delivery

Parcel seized by customs: It is the buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs (such as invoice).

Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If the status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local carrier to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.

Unsuccessful delivery

If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of the wrong address offered by the buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused. no refunds will be issued.

Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

Return/refund for the quality problem:

If you want to return it within 14 days, please keep the item in its original condition, items that have been used or washed are not allowed to return any more. If the items are missing our branding packing we will not accept a return.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for an exchange/store credit, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged/credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (customercare@mahoganystorm.com) and send your item to (P.O. Box 9491, Dothan, AL 36304)

What to include in email for Exchanges/Store Credits

Please write down your order number and other important information. This information can be found in your purchase confirmation email to include in your return order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an email to (customercare@mahoganystorm.com) with your order number and the reason you are wanting a return. Such as wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. You will get an email from (customercare@mahoganystorm.com) with the instructions on how to return the items so we can issue a store credit.

Shipping back Purchased Items

To return your product after approval email, you should mail your product to (P.O. Box 9491, Dothan, AL 36304)

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is required to pay the return shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
