How customers sign in and manage their information and track their order:

  3. When logged in, the link changes to My Account.

How long do you take to dispatch an order Generally, we will dispatch your order on the day you order it. However, we may need to wait for 2 or 3 days for the stock at times, thus the delivery will be delayed for 2 or 3 days. Do you guarantee delivery time? Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive. We suggest you make orders 4 days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping. You should receive all items in 7 days unless you pay overnight express which is an additional cost add at checkout.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Please write your correct email address and preferably your contact number so that we could contact you. (Orders returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. (NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.)

Custom Duties Disclaimer

1. When goods are sent to China, we are not responsible for any charges/duties/taxes( customs fee varies from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties.) However, if there's a special requirement on the invoice amount to customs clearance, please take the initiative and tell our service team. We'll work out a proper method together with you.

2. When the goods are sent from the U.S to U.S customers, no need to worry about this.

Shipping & Billing Information

It is highly recommended that your shipping address should be the same as your billing address. Your order will be subjected to a fraud risk assessment and the order could be withheld or delivered to your billing address if the risk of fraud is anticipated as high.
